BACKGROUND INFORMATION

The medical term for man boobs is gynecomastia is Greek, gyne meaning “women and mastos meaning “breast” (not the most complementary term)
The condition is often associated with obesity but can also be an imbalance of hormones (epically though adolescence)
man boobs themselves are not normally dangerous however there is a social stigma attached to them that can cause psychological harm
Server weight loss can also cause sagging tissue.

3 THINGS TO ERDICATE MAN BOOBS

1) You can go down the cosmetic surgical route and for some people this is the only option but it is expensive and should be a last resort

2) There are medical drugs you can take but this has to be medically supervised and like the surgery a last resort

3) By far the wisest path to reduce man boobs is a combination of diet and persific exercises

DIET

There are many great free diets on the net but the basic rules to follow are plenty of fibre and grains like brown rice and small portions of pasta as these boosts the metabolism which help turn fat into energy.
All meals should be a balance of protein, carbohydrates and plenty of fruit and vegetables
Eat your largest meals early in the day to give you a chance to burn it of

TIP A herb called Gynexin has been reported to have a great effect at tightening fat and been a great boost to dieters, however I personally have no proof to back this up

EXERCISE

As with the diet there are plenty exercise routines out there for the man boobs (pectoral muscles), but a couple of ones to try at home

Hand squeeze
Lock your fingers together and push your palms together as hard as you can and continue for a count of 20 seconds then relax do this for 10 reps

Towel twist
Wrap a hand towel around both wrists and grip the ends then pull apart continuously for 20 seconds then relax do this for 10 reps

Push ups
Assume the classic push up position: legs straight, hands beneath your shoulders keeping your body rigid, lower yourself until your chest touches the floor. Then push back up until your arms are extended do this 2 reps.

TIP you can buy inexpensive exercise elastic from most sport shops they come with descriptive routines and it fits into your pocket so can do them literally anywhere
